This weekend brings my first market for the season, the Swannanoa Country Fair on Sunday. There will be over 130 craft and trade stalls, a monster white elephant, lots of kids rides and games, helicopter rides, silent auctions, a petting zoo and lots of food and drink stands. Something for the whole family!
It is only 10 up Tram Road at Swannanoa Domain with plenty of free parking. Entry is by a $5 donation per adult, children (15 and under) free, and includes a lucky programme. This event is a fundraiser for Swannanoa School.
Remember to bring along your old candles to recycle, and receive your choice of a 10% discount off your purchase, or a free tealight candle of your choice.
